Important year-end giving information

If you wish to make a charitable gift to WLC in 2025, please make note of the following dates:

• Gifts by Credit Card, Paypal, or Venmo must be made by 11:59 p.m. CST on Wednesday, December 31.
• Checks or cash mailed to WLC must be postmarked by USPS by Wednesday, December 31.  The postmark date is what will appear on the charitable gift receipt.
• Gifts by direct debit or EFT should be made earlier in the month to ensure they are processed by the bank by Wednesday, December 31.
• Gifts involving third party administrators, such as Individual Retirement Account distributions, should be initiated by December 15.
• Stock and mutual fund transfers to WLC should be initiated by the transferring broker by December 15.
• Checks or cash that are personally delivered to WLC should be done so by Tuesday, December 23 at 12:00 p.m. CST.  Campus offices are closed from December 24 through January 2, 2026.
